Does anyone know if Valentines gifts, cards, teddy bears, flowers, etc go on sale TODAY? I’m not paying $29.99 for a freakin teddy bear today when it will be $4.99 tomorrow. There has to be some kind of cut off hour where the clearance prices go down TODAY.
Even if it is at like 9:00 PM tonight, I will stall going home until then. I’ll tell my girlfriend I got a flat tire or something & go to the bar while waiting for the clearance items. Can anyone tell me what time I can expect the clearance prices?

I want a good pavement tire that can also handle some light off roading. Im thinking all terrains will be best. Im trying to stay under $200 per tire.. any suggestions? And what is the biggest size i could fit on it?
